現在完了進行形の使い方 (1) 基本的には。

We use the present perfect continuous for an activity that has recently stopped or just stopped. There is a connection with now.
基本的には、最近終わった、とか、ちょうど終わった所、というような動作に対して使います。

Ex)

  • You are out of breath. Have you been running?
  • Jason is very tired. He is been working very hard.

現在完了進行形の使い方 (2)

We often use the present perfect continuous in the activity is still happening or has just stopped, especially with "how long", "for", and "since".
動作がまだ続いているとき、それか、ちょうど止まった時に、特に"how long"や"for"、"since"と言った言葉と一緒に使います。

Ex)

  • How long have you been studying English? (You're still studying English.)
  • I have looking for you for the last half hour.
  • Christopher has not been feeling well recently.

You can use the present perfect continuous for actions that are repeated over a period of time.

  • She has been playing since she was eight.

The have been going there for years.
また、動作がしばらくの間、繰り返されてる時とかにも使います。

比べてみよう、現在完了進行形と現在進行形。

Compare "I am doing" and "I have been doing".

Ex)

  • Don't bother me now. I'm working.
  • I have been working hard, so now I'm going to take a break.
  • We need an umbrella. It's raining.
  • The ground is wet. It's been raining.
